Steevan Humberto Fortes dos Santos, Rochester's forward better known as Duba, misses the game with suspension from earning a red card last weekend against Louisville. Christian Volesky also misses the Championship game due to a concussion he first suffered in training on October 1. Together the two strikers combined for 16 goals in the regular season and Duba had a brace against New York Red Bulls II.
LA's strike duo, Ariel Lassiter and Jack McBean, will cause fits for Rochester's defense despite its historical place in USL. The staunchest defense in the short history of the league, conceding just 15 goals through 28 games, but Miller and company will have their hands full with McBean, Lassiter, Raul Mendiola, and Bryan Olivera.
