Gustavo Bou is at Gillette Stadium live streaming a Rolling Stones concert.
For real.
On Wednesday, rumors surfaced linking Bou to the New England Revolution. The 29-year-old striker is currently under contract with Tijuana, though he recently stated that he could be on the move.
“I’m waiting. There’s nothing official, but I know there’s a rumor, a possibility that I could leave. I’m here waiting, seeing if it’ll be resolved,” Bou told the local media.
On Sunday, Bou hinted that New England will be his next destination when he live streamed the Rolling Stones concert that was happening at Gillette Stadium.

While it’s possible that Bou traveled north to hear the Stones play some tunes, it seems more likely that he’s there to sign a contract. It’s worth noting that Revolution president Brian Bilello is also enjoying the concert.

It’s rumored that Bou will sign a four-year Designated Player contract with the Revs that will pay him approximately $2 million a year. We will likely find out more information soon, as the Summer Transfer Window opens on Jul. 9.
