Gustavo Bou is saying goodbye to Club Tijuana and saying hello to the New England Revolution.

On Wednesday, Bou took to Instagram to show his gratitude for the years he spent with Tijuana. The translation reads, “Dear family @xolos, came the time of the sad farewell after many good and not so good moments. You taught me to grow as a professional, and as a person. I appreciate the affection received in the two stages that I got to share with you! I don’t want to forget the leadership, technical body. To the staff group who always gave me the support and containment that one needs. Finally thank all my colleagues who leave everything in every training and match. Thank you.”

Of course, Bou is now with the Revolution as a Designated Player. The attacker is excited about the change, telling RevolutionSoccer.net, “That was really attractive to me, to come here and start a new challenge. Knowing myself, that’s what I’m looking for. I’m looking for the next challenge, and in reality, that’s what really brought me here is the new project and just a new challenge to play in a new league.”
