The New England Revolution have made Bojan Krkic a £50,000-a-week offer, according to Stoke-on-Trent Live.
Bojan, 28, has been with Stoke City since 2014, though he recently spent time on loan to FSV Mainz 05 and Deportivo Alaves. The attacker started his career with Barcelona before heading to Roma, Milan, and Ajax.
This is the second time that the Revs have been linked to Krkic, as Frank Dell’Apa of the Boston Globe reported that the club was eyeing him in June of 2018. The deal didn’t materialize with Dell’Apa saying that the situation was complicated.
Things could be easier this time around, however, as Stoke-on-Trent is claiming that Stoke City is willing to let Bojan head to the United States on a free transfer.
This is the third major name that the Revs have been tied to this off-season. The club was also reportedly interested in Carles Gil and Paul-Jose Mpoku.
