Herivaux, 21, was signed as a Homegrown in May 2015. Although he didn’t make a league appearance during his rookie campaign, he did make his professional debut when he replaced Daigo Kobayashi in the 87th minute of a U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round match vs. the Charlotte Independence.
Herivaux amassed 38 minutes in five MLS games during his sophomore year, though his biggest contributions would again come during the U.S. Open Cup. The local product appeared in all four of the Revolution’s Open Cup wins, most notably scoring the stoppage time game-winner against Carolina Railhawks FC.
Herivaux suffered injuries to both his ankle and knee while playing against the Houston Dynamo during this past preseason but has since recovered fully.
There’s no official word on length of Herivaux’s loan to San Antonio FC.
