The Revolution have plenty of suitors for 31-year-old midfielder Lee Nguyen. In August, Israeli side Maccabi Haifa tried to acquire the MLS veteran. Three months later, FC Dallas supporters tried to lure Nguyen back to his home state.
And now, Vietnamese side FLC Thanh Hoa wants in on the action.

The team has discussed a move overseas with Nguyen’s father, according to a Vietnamese news outlet. Nguyen played two seasons in Vietnam before joining the Revolution during the 2012 MLS Waiver Draft.
In 2017, Nguyen—who holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Vietnam—proved he has plenty left in the tank after recording 15 assists in 31 matches. The midfielder has contributed 51 goals and 49 assists in six MLS seasons, all with the Revolution.
