Defenders Josh Phillips and Dominic Samuel are no longer in camp with the New England Revolution, according to an updated roster list.

Phillips had been with the Revs from the start of preseason and previously trialed with the team in the fall. The 24-year-old was primarily used as a left center back in Arizona. He now returns to Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC (USL), who he played with last year.

Samuel is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and linked up with the Revs on Jan. 27. Samuel saw time at left back before being released.

The Revolution's roster currently lists six trialists in goalkeepers Trevor Spangenberg and Matt Turner, defender Jeb Brovsky, midfielder Tyler Rudy, and forwards Michael Gamble and Femi Hollinger-Janzen. All of these players, except Brovsky, are in Foxborough training. Brovsky does, however, plan to rejoin the Revs when they return to Arizona for the Desert Diamond Cup.
