Sometimes you just have to laugh about your mistakes.
The New England Revolution's official Twitter is currently recounting all of the team's goals from the 2015 season. On Tuesday, the account posted Juan Agudelo's strike against Sporting KC from May 20. The tally was assisted by Kelyn Rowe and although his name doesn't appear on the score sheet a former Revs player was also a key part of the buildup. That's because Benny Feilhaber gave the ball away.
Clearly showing that he isn't dwelling on the mistake, Feilhaber jumped on Twitter to request some credit.
Someone played a nice pass to Kelyn first tho!!@NERevolution @Krowe210 @JuanAgudelo

It's good to see a professional soccer player willing to take a jab at himself. Feilhaber, who was an MVP candidate in 2015, has long been willing to show off his comedic side. The midfielder even hosted his own online show aptly called The Benny Feilhaber Show.
