The Revolution have no shortage of attacking options. And the arrival of Hungarian forward Krisztian Nemeth only expands this depth.
Expected to join the gameday 18 when the Revs visit D.C. United this weekend, Nemeth doesn’t currently have a clear spot on the Revolution roster. He’ll have to compete for minutes with Kei Kamara, Juan Agudelo and Lee Nguyen—who have each scored eight goals this season—as well as Teal Bunbury—who has scored five goals in his last six appearances. Add Diego Fagundez to the mix, and Nemeth’s role seems murky.
There’s no doubt the former Sporting KC standout will earn starts. What remains unknown is whose spot he’ll take in the Revolution lineup.
Who should Jay Heaps bench to get Nemeth on the field?
