The New England Revolution announced on Tuesday that they will provide free bus transportation to Red Bull Arena on Sunday, November 23 for up to 850 fans. The offer allows Revolution supporters to cheer on their team as they face the New York Red Bulls in the first leg of the Eastern Conference Final. The bus will arrive before the 1:30 pm kickoff and return home after the game’s conclusion.

"We understand the importance of travelling supporters and the energy that they give the team on the field so we are more than happy to assist so many of our fans in getting to Red Bull Arena for this important game," Revolution President Brian Bilello said via press release.

More than an opportunity to support the team they love, road trips allow dedicated fans to bond with one another. The Midnight Riders and The Rebellion, two of the club’s independent supporter’s groups, organize yearly excursions where local fandom is brought to the next level.

"Road trips are something uniquely awesome about MLS and take on a whole new meaning come the playoffs and even more so when it's against New York," said Brendan Schimmel of The Rebellion and The Bent Musket. "With the bus transportation being free, there's no reason we can't get hundreds of Revs fans to pack the away section at Red Bull Arena and basically create a home field advantage for our boys in their house."

"The road trip to New Jersey is something that we look forward to every year, and we're excited that we get to do it again during the playoffs," added Fran Harrington of the Midnight Riders. "Away games are something all fans should experience, and this is going to be an awesome one."

Tickets for the first leg of the Eastern Conference Final can be purchased through the Midnight Riders or The RebellionTickets are $28, but members of the Midnight Riders or The Rebellion get a special discount. All fans that purchase tickets are eligible for the free bus transportation. Bus departure times and locations are still to being finalized.

Many fans have already jumped at the offer as over 200 tickets were sold within the first 24 hours. As of this posting, eight buses have been filled. The deal is valid until November 18.
