Midnight Riders send powerful message with latest tifo

The Riders’ reveal their latest tifo on Pride Night.

The Midnight Riders revealed their last tifo just before kickoff of Saturday’s game against the Houston Dynamo. The design, which was done in conjunction with Pride Night, was put together by local artist Mithsuca Berry to convey a powerful message.

“This year’s Pride tifo, which was designed by a local queer artist of color, celebrates the full spectrum of the LGBT community and serves as a reminder that New England Revolution games have been and will always be a safe place for everyone to be a fan,” said Adam Sell, Philanthropy Chair for the Midnight Riders.

Fans will have the opportunity to buy merchandise featuring the image with all proceeds going to Rainbow Railroad, a charity that works to help queer people in dangerous situations escape to places where they can be who they are unapologetically. Buttons were on sale at the game and more products will be available online shortly.
