The New England Revolution announced on Thursday the dates of their first three games of the 2019 MLS season.

The Revolution’s first game will be on Mar. 2 at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas when they face F.C. Dallas. The Revs only met F.C. Dallas once last year—a game they lost 1-0 after midfielder Jacori Hayes scored in the 76th minute.

On Mar. 9, the Revs will return to Gillette Stadium to host Columbus Crew SC. The Revolution faced the Crew twice last season. The first match was on Apr. 21 at Gillette, which ended in a 2-2 draw. The second match was on May 19 in Columbus where the Revs lost 1-0 after defender Lalas Abubakar scored in the 85th minute.

The third match announced will take place on Mar. 17 at BMO Field in Toronto as the Revs will face off against Toronto FC. The Revs faced TFC two times in 2018. The first was in Toronto on May 12. The Revs were able to win that match 3-2. The Revs would not be as lucky when they met for the second time on Sep. 29, as they were blown out 4-1.

Within the coming weeks, Revs fans will learn more about the Revolution’s 2019 schedule. As the new season approaches, it will be interesting to see how the team comes together, as they’re looking to return to the playoffs.
