The New England Revolution have three names on their latest injury report.
Joining Kelyn Rowe, who is out long-term with a right knee sprain, is Diego Fagundez (right quad strain) and Lee Nguyen (right hamstring strain). Both players are listed as questionable.
Fagundez missed last weekend’s affair against Orlando City while Nguyen collected four assists during his 90-minute performance. That said, Nguyen was previously sidelined for two straight games.
Earlier this week head coach Jay Heaps was hopeful about Fagundez, saying, “[Fagundez] definitely had a [quad] strain. I don't think he could have played [last Saturday vs. Orlando]. It would have put him at more risk of injury, but he certainly came back today and trained almost full today. We feel like he'll be in the mix, but we have to be cautious with him."
The Revs will want to have both dynamic attackers healthy and ready to go as they make a late push for the playoffs.
