There’s a major name on this week’s New England Revolution injury report as Juan Agudelo is listed as questionable with an upper extremity injury.
Agudelo has been on a fine run of form this season, scoring six goals in ten games. He’s currently one tally behind both C.J. Sapong and Erick Torres in the league’s Golden Boot race.
More than that, Agudelo has been a huge asset in the Revolution’s eight-game home unbeaten run. The striker has scored in seven of the eight matches, totaling eight goals and one assist.
The other Revs inclusion is Teal Bunbury, who is listed as questionable with a back injury. The 27-year-old missed last weekend’s game against Columbus Crew SC with the same ailment. Bunbury has played in eight games this season for a total of 107 minutes.
The Revolution’s injury report is small in comparison to Real Salt Lake, who are dealing with a host of absences. David Horst (knee) and Chad Barrett (knee) are both out while Jordan Allen (quad strain), Tony Beltran (back), Nick Rimando (hamstring), and Kyle Beckerman (calf) questionable.
Additionally, Daniel Acosta, Justen Glad, Sebastian Saucedo, and Brooks Lennon are away on international duty.
