Jay Heaps has deployed his first lineup of 2017.
The New England Revolution will likely not lineup in the 4-3-3 as written below but it’s an interesting starting lineup nonetheless.

Centerbacks Antonio Delamea and Benjamin Angoua will make their MLS debuts after both joined the Revs this offseason. Goalkeeper Cody Cropper makes his second start in MLS after a shutout in New England’s final game of 2016. DP Xavier Kouassi is healthy after rehabbing an ACL tear but might not be ready for a full game yet and is on the substitutes bench.
Also on the subs bench is 4th round pick Joshua Smith, who earned a contract earlier this week with a standout training camp in preseason. No big surprises for the Rapids either, with Tim Howard out injured, Zac MacMath steps in for the Rapids in goal.
