Revolution v. FC Dallas: Injury Report

Who's available for the Revs tonight?

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

The New England Revolution have four names on the injury report released ahead of Tuesday's U.S. Open Cup Final.

As expected, Xavier Kouassi remains out as he recovers from a right knee surgery. The Designated Player recently came off the Disabled List, but his status for this year remains uncertain.

The Revs have three players listed as questionable in Kei Kamara (right hip strain), Je-Vaughn Watson (right groin strain), and Bobby Shuttleworth (lower back surgery).

Kamara and Watson have both scored in this year's rendition of the Open Cup. Kamara grabbed a goal and assist against the New York Cosmos while Watson had tallies against the Philadelphia Union and Chicago Fire. The defender's biggest moment might have been when he scored the game-winning penalty in the shootout against the Union.

When asked about the status of both veterans on Saturday, Heaps said, "Watson had something and it got a little worse with the [Jamaica] national team, but I feel like he should be closer to ready. Kai picked something up on Thursday, but in the next 24 hours, [it] will be vital that he gets a little bit more and I think he could be available as well.”
