The latest injury report brings good news to New England Revolution fans as Gershon Koffie has been upgraded to questionable.
Koffie last played on May 21 against FC Dallas. The defensive midfielder started the match but left in the 28th minute with a right knee sprain. Koffie has since missed five league games, during which the Revs went 2-3-0.
The Revolution's injury report also includes Charlie Davies (right adductor strain), Donnie Smith (right hamstring strain), Juan Agudelo (right knee sprain), and Xavier Kouassi (right knee surgery). All four players are dealing with long-term injuries.
Columbus Crew SC will be missing a few players of their own since Federico Higuain (hernia repair), Matt Pacifici (concussion symptoms), and Gaston Sauro (left PCL sprain) are all unavailable. Additionally, Conor Casey is questionable with a right knee sprain.
Both teams will also have one player suspended. The Revs will be without Bobby Shuttleworth while Crew SC will have to make due without Tyson Wahl.
