Advancing in the US Open Cup came at a price for the New England Revolution as Juan Agudelo left early with a right knee sprain. The forward has officially been ruled out of this Saturday's game against the Montreal Impact.
The Revs will also be without Charlie Davies (right adductor strain), Gershon Koffie (right knee sprain), and Donnie Smith (right hamstring strain), as all three players are categorized as out. Femi Hollinger-Janzen (right hamstring strain) is listed as questionable. The rookie could be available this weekend as head coach Jay Heaps said he was "a possibility" against the Cosmos. Ultimately, Hollinger-Janzen didn't play.
The Impact will also be without a few key players as midfielders Marco Donadel (ankle) and Andrés Romero (knee) and defender Donny Toia (hamstring) are currently sidelined. Additionally, Laurent Ciman is away on international duty. The defender represents Belgium, who was recently ousted from the Euros by Wales.
