Charlie Davies told Good Morning America the US will beat Colombia in Copa America opener

Charlie Davies is so smooth.

Charlie Davies appeared on Good Morning America on Monday and he was just as entertaining as you'd expect.

Standing alongside David Villa and Maurice Edu, Davies gave social media tips while promoting the domestic soccer scene. Davies was excellent in his role as league ambassador, as he gifted host Dan Harris a customized jersey, predicted that the US Men's National Team will beat Colombia this Friday in Copa America play, and showcased his dancing skills. The striker wasn't even affected by Harris mispronouncing his name.

The interview took a more serious tone when Davies was asked about being a father. Davies complimented the doctors and nurses at Brigham and Women’s hospital before stating that his twins are almost ready to go home.

Davies has been with the New England Revolution since 2014. Last year, the New Hampshire native was won the club's Golden Boot after collecting 10 goals in 33 games. He's currently sidelined with a right abductor strain.
