Lee Nguyen debuts stylish silver hair

With style that would be better suited for the runway than the soccer pitch, it's safe to say that Lee Nguyen is a fashion-forward individual. In the past, the New England Revolution midfielder has given style tips to the likes of The Boston Globe and Boston Common. He's also collaborated with '47 Brand to design his own hats.

Nguyen reaffirmed his status as a fashion icon on Saturday night when he debuted a new hair color.

Silver hair has recently been donned by celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Zosia Mamet, Rihanna and Kate Moss, but hadn't yet made its way to Major League Soccer. Unsurprisingly, Nguyen was the first rock the look.

When asked about the new color, Nguyen provided a simple answer that you'd expect from a trendsetter.

"I've been wanting to change it up for a while and this is the color I wanted to go with," Nguyen explained.
