While there isn't a timeline for a New England Revolution soccer specific stadium, the team does appear to be further along than New York City FC.
On Thursday, MLS Commissioner Don Garber spoke to media on a variety of topics. As is frequently the case, he was asked to provide stadium updates for NYCFC and the Revolution. Garber wasn't able to provide any specifics but did reveal that the Revs are closer to achieving their goal.
NYCFC stadium update. Garber: 'There isn't an update I can give you.' Same for Revs.

Correction: Garber says Boston is further along on stadium, says Kraft agrees it's time. (But, again, no hole in ground, no stadium near.)

Another interesting tidbit that came out on Thursday was that Garber was late to the media call because he was speaking to Robert Kraft. The topic of that conversation? Building a stadium
Garber: was late to session cuz he was on phone w/Robert Kraft: "He wanted me to stress how focused he is" on getting new MLS stadium built.
