Sean Okoli isn't the only former New England Revolution player finding success in lower division soccer, as Ryan Guy scored a beauty while playing for the North Country Battalion (NPSL) on Saturday night.
With his team ahead 3-2 over FC Hasental, Guy, who serves as player-coach of the Battalion, had a look on goal from 40-yards out. The ball soared through the air, sneaking in just below the crossbar. It was the definition of a golazo.
Are we the only ones that keep re-playing that Ryan Guy goal from last night? #BattalionStrong #RivalryWeek pic.twitter.com/cJzboGWV3R

Guy was with the Revolution from 2011-2013, scoring four goals in 45 appearances. He would later play for the San Diego Flash (NPSL), San Antonio Scorpions (NASL), and Tuen Mun SA (Hong Kong) before joining the NC Battalion.
The Battalion are currently 2-0-0 after Saturday's 4-2 win. The club will hope to keep things rolling next weekend when they face local rival Albion Pro SC on Saturday, April 16 at 7 pm.
Special thanks to photographer Kari Heistad for finding the gif of Guy's goal.
