Revolution v. Sporting KC: Injury Reports

Who's in? Who's out?

Winslow Townson-USA TODAY Sports

The New England Revolution are on the mend, according to the most recent injury report.

After missing last weekend's clash against Columbus Crew SC, Je-Vaughn Watson (right groin strain), Jose Goncalves (ankle sprain), and Kelyn Rowe (illness) are listed as questionable. All three players are in contention for starting spots when fully healthy.

Two players that certainly won't be in the starting lineup are Gershon Koffie (right ankle sprain) and Xavier Kouassi (right knee surgery), who continue to be sidelined with their respective injuries.

Sporting KC are dealing with injury issues of their own, as Justin Mapp (calf), Chance Myers (thigh strain), Lawrence Olum (abdominal injury), and Cameron Porter (concussion) are classified as out.

Additionally, Roger Espinoza is suspended due to yellow card accumulation. While the Revs don't have anyone currently serving the same sentence, Scott Caldwell is one yellow card away. The same is true of Matt Besler and Jimmy Medranda of SKC.
