Charlie Davies makes MLSoccer.com's Team of the Week

Charlie Davies had a good week.

Charlie Davies' two-goal performance against Toronto FC on Saturday night has earned him a spot on MLSSoccer.com's Team of the Week.

Davies opened the scoring in the 35th minute when he finished an opportunity created by Kelyn Rowe and Chris Tierney. The New Hampshire native struck again in the 62nd minute. Like the first goal, Tierney was instrumental as his free kick was misplayed by Benoit Cheyrou, allowing Davies to pounce. The New England Revolution would ultimately win 3-1.

Davies' brace, his first of the season, puts him at nine goals, the best count on the team. The Revs are now 5-1-2 when Davies finds the back of the net.

Davies is the only Revolution player to earn the weekly accolade. Here's the full team:
