Is the break over? Can we watch soccer again?
The New England Revolution return to action on Saturday night when they travel to PPL Park to face the Philadelphia Union. The game is set to kick off at 7 p.m. EST.
Though the Union are near the bottom of the Eastern Conference, head coach Jay Heaps and his men are wary of the team's talented roster, which includes the crafty Maidana, the imposing C.J. Sapong, and the experienced Sébastien Le Toux. The Union most recently beat the Montreal Impact 1-0 on the power of a Le Toux goal.
The Revs' quest to go five unbeaten will be aided by Jermaine Jones, who's making his way back after undergoing a procedure to address a bilaterial sports hernia. The Designated Player is hoping for an extended run this weekend after only contributing 59 minutes in his last two appearances.
