Revolution vs Toronto FC: Injury reports include big names

Who's in and who's out?

Winslow Townson-USA TODAY Sports

The latest injury reports are out ahead of the New England Revolution's home match against Toronto FC and it looks as though both teams could be missing some big names.

For Toronto, Michael Bradley (soleus strain), Nick Hagglund (appendectomy), Luke Moore (ankle sprain), Mark Bloom (quadriceps surgery), Clement Simonin (knee sprain), and Collen Warner (suspension) are out. While Ashtone Morgan (abductor strain) is questionable and Sebastian Giovinco (heel bruise) is probable.

The Revs' report also includes some notable names as Jermaine Jones (bilateral sports hernia surgery) and Chris Tierney (left ankle irritation) are categorized as questionable. Darrius Barnes continues to be out after undergoing left knee surgery.

Jones traveled to Chicago last weekend but didn't play. The Designated Player does hope to feature against Toronto on Saturday. Tierney's status is a bit more uncertain as the left back was forced to withdraw from Wednesday's All-Star Game. If Tierney isn't able to go, he's likely to replaced by Kevin Alston, who recently recovered from a hamstring issue.
