How To Watch: United States vs. Panama, Gold Cup 2015

It's the final group game for the USMNT but with Group A already clinched, will Klinsmann rest his starters or play them against a solid Panama squad?

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The United States have already clinched Group A in the 2015 Gold Cup, but Panama still needs a win to assure their spot in the quarterfinals.

Head Coach Jurgen Klinsmann will certainly have a good reason to rest a lot of his regular players and tinker with lineups or tactics, but there is a lot of recent history between these two teams. Panama was on the verge of a 2014 World Cup playoff qualification spot when Graham Zusi and Aron Johannsson scored late in the final group match of The Hex in 2013.

Panama has been a fairly good team the last few years and have lost to the United States twice in the Gold Cup final including in last tournament thanks to a Brek Shea winner in 2013. Normally I'd have pegged this as a game that would decide the group but Panama has struggled a bit and Haiti has certainly proved they belong on with a two solid performances as well.

It's impossible to predict a lineup for this game with the USA likely resting a few key players, but you should still check out previews from SBN's Stars and Stripes FC and The Yanks Are Coming.

We'll update the lineups in the comments below and perhaps have some second half commentary for Haiti-Honduras as well.
