The injury reports for both the New England Revolution and Portland Timbers aren't long, but they each include a big name player.
The Revolution have two individuals on their list as Darrius Barnes (left knee surgery) and Jermaine Jones (left groin strain) are categorized as out. Barnes has been a staple on recent reports and will be for the foreseeable future. Jones is a new inclusion as the Designated Player departed early from Sunday's LA Galaxy game. The midfielder will likely be replaced by Andy Dorman.
The Revs will also be without Juan Agudelo, who is away with the US Men's National Team. Diego Fagundez and Kelyn Rowe are prime suspects to occupy the flank.
The Timbers have two players dealing with ailments as Ben Zemanski (right ACL surgery) is out and Diego Valeri (ankle sprain) is questionable. The prognosis regarding Valeri isn't good as local media have reported that the midfielder isn't fully participating in practice.
Valeri still isn't practicing. Porter made it sound like it's unlikely that he will play this weekend #RCTID
