Rhinos Play Host to Louisville City FC Saturday Night

Rochester plays expansion-side Louisville City FC after an extended break from league play. The Rhinos haven't played for two weeks but will hope to be sharp against fourth placed Louisville.

Rochester rolled into Louisville, Kentucky, back on April 16 and came out with a 1-1 draw. A goal from Alex Dixon, who has since fallen out of the squad due to persistent fitness issues, earned the Rhinos a point on the road. That point for Louisville was one of 14 earned at home in six games (4-0-2) but the expansion side hasn't fared as well on the road. In its travels so far this season, LCFC has only won six points from five games for a 1-1-3 record.

Rochester on the other hand is perfect at home so far (3-0-0) and still undefeated with a 7-0-4 overall record. After a narrow win over FC Montreal on May 30, Rhinos' head coach Bob Lilley spoke a lot about the laundry list of injuries picked up over the hectic previous weeks. With tough U.S. Open Cup games midweek, Rochester played five games in 14 days. Now with a full 13 days off between matches, look for a rejuvenated and fresh squad from the Rhinos against Louisville.
