Two players who started in the New England Revolution's season opener were absent from practice on Tuesday as Teal Bunbury and Kevin Alston look to recover from injuries.
No Bunbury (shoulder) or Alston (hamstring) at today's session, but good to see Donnie Smith (groin surgery) doing a bit of jogging. #NERevs

Bunbury, who is suffering from a right shoulder sprain, was injured while playing against the Seattle Sounders. After departing from the game approximately ten minutes early, the midfielder didn't travel to Yankee Stadium to face New York City FC.
Alston's affliction is more recent as the right back went down with a hamstring injury during Sunday's game. Alston was ultimately replaced by Darrius Barnes in the 59th minute.
The injuries are concerning for the Revs, who recently welcomed back Lee Nguyen and soon hope to do the same for Jermaine Jones. Last weekend, Kelyn Rowe manned the flank in Bunbury's stead and he's likely to do the same this weekend. Alston's replacement could come in the form of Jeremy Hall, London Woodberry, or Barnes.
