CONCACAF has announced the groups and individual matchups for the 2015 Gold Cup to take place this summer at a press conference earlier today in Philadelphia. Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles will host the final and PPL Park will host the 3rd place game on July 25th.

The United States will open up the Gold Cup in Group A paired with Panama, Haiti and the playoff winner between Honduras-French Giuana. The United States defeated Panama 1-0 in the 2013 Gold Cup Final.

The United States will play the Honduras-French Guiana winner on Tuesday July 7th at Toyota Park, home of FC Dallas, in Frisco, TX, Haiti on Friday July 10th at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Revolution, in Foxborough, MA and will close group play against Panama on Monday July 13th at Sporting Park, home of Sporting Kansas City, in Kansas City, KS. Panama and the Honduras-French Guiana winner will play the first game of a double header at Gillette.

The quarterfinals will take place in Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium and New Jersey's MetLife Stadium with the semifinals in Atlanta's Georgia Dome.

Should the United States defend its Gold Cup title, they will automatically represent CONCACAF at the 2017 Confederations Cup. If another country wins, the winner and the USA will have an aggregate playoff to determine the regions representative to the Confederations Cup. The US finished runner up to Brazil in the 2009 Confederations Cup in South Africa.
