Mark your calendars: the New England Revolution will open their 2016 preseason camp on Friday, Jan. 22.
The Revs will train in Foxborough before traveling to Casa Grande, AZ on Jan. 26 where they will spend ten days. The highlight of the trip is a game against the Houston Dynamo, which is set to take place on Saturday, Feb. 6. There's a possibility that another fixture gets added.
The Revolution will then return home on Feb. 7 for a week of training before departing for Tucson on Feb. 14 for the start of the 2016 FC Tucson Desert Diamond Cup. This will be the fifth straight year in which the Revs participate in Desert Diamond Cup. This year they're joined by the Colorado Rapids, Real Salt Lake and Sporting Kansas City as well as USL club Swope Park Rangers and PDL side FC Tucson. The tournament will run from Feb. 17 until Feb. 27.
