Round 1B Matchup

Charlie Davies Off-The-Post Finish vs. Columbus Crew /  Nov. 1, 2014

After giving his club an early 1-0 lead, Davies went back to work in the second frame, using a Scott Caldwell through ball to advance into the attacking third. Both defenders gave Davies a cushion and, with the stroke of his right foot, he capitalized, sending a long-range strike off the far post and into the back of the net.

Patrick Mullins Rocket vs. Toronto F.C.  /  May 3, 2014

Down 1-0 early in the first half, the Revolution found an equalizer off the foot of Patrick Mullins. The rookie collected a quick touch from Daigo Kobayashi and rocketed a shot inside the near post, opening his MLS scoring account with a screamer past Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

Poll closes at 12:00am EST on Sunday, December 28th.
