Revolution vs. Impact 2013: Lineups and Live Game Thread

It's Revs against Impact, it's at home, and it's got playoff implications all over it.

Francois Laplante

The New England Revolution face the Montreal Impact tonight in Foxboro in a match where, thanks to poor results for Houston and Chicago, the Revs have an opportunity to start solidifying their hold on fifth place. They currently stand ahead of the Dynamo on tiebreakers, while Chicago lurks two points back with a game in hand. Three points tonight would put them in firm possession of the playoff spot for at least another week.

Jay Heaps elected to go with the same lineup in this match, though he had to replace the injured Juan Agudelo with Dimitry Imbongo. Heaps will be hoping for a better performance than the one seen last Friday against Toronto.

Revolution: Matt Reis; Chris Tierney, Jose Goncalves, A.J. Soares, Andrew Farrell; Scott Caldwell; Diego Fagundez, Lee Nguyen, Kelyn Rowe, Chad Barrett; Dimitry Imbongo

Bench: Barnes, Toja, Sene, Shuttleworth, Dorman, McCarthy, Davies

Impact: Perkins; Brovsky, Ferrari, Camara, Nesta; Bernier, Martins, Mapp, Arnaud, Warner; di Vaio

Bench: Pisanu, Nyassi, Lefevre, Wenger, Tissot, Bush, Paponi
