New England vs. DC United US Open Cup Quarterfinal Match Live Game Thread

The Revolution travel to Maryland to play their old foes, DC United, in the quarterfinals of the 2013 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. If the Revs can pull off a road victory tonight, they'll travel to either Orlando or Chicago for the semifinals. But let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet.

Boyds, MD is the site of tonight's match between D.C. United and the New England Revolution. The Revs' hot streak has cooled recently, tying United a few weeks ago in a 0-0 draw and then losing a wild one against the Vancouver Whitecaps. With the bad taste in their mouths from that loss, New England should be thirsty for goals and, hopefully, a win.

Meanwhile, D.C. United has recently snapped their winless streak with a win over the San Jose Earthquakes. That type of momentum, while minimal, might prove dangerous for the Revs tonight. New England should expect a full-strength lineup from United, who have little else to play for (realistically) outside of the Open Cup.
