Honduras vs. USA 2013: CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying open discussion thread

The United States has already kicked off against Honduras in San Pedro Sula for the opening match of CONCACAF's Hexagonal World Cup Qualifying round. The US going to be forced to contend with Revolution striker Jerry Bengtson, perhaps the hottest forward in North America.

Denny Medley-US PRESSWIRE

It's time for the Hex! The United States is about to take on Honduras, and while the Yanks' roster features several former New England Revolution players, no one will draw more attention from Fort fans than Los Catrachos' striker Jerry Bengtson. This is a good opportunity for all of us to see him in action for his national team, where he appears to be scoring all the goals.

Of course, only some of us will see this, since the match is on BeIN Sport. But for those of us who can (such as myself, at Spats with AO Providence), will be regaled with the dulcet tones of Ray Hudson!

Head down to the comments and talk amongst yourselves.
