Greetings everyone and welcome to the New England Revolution vs. Philadelphia Union live thread for the teams' second meeting of the season! The Revs are hoping this will be the day they break their nine-match winless streak, and also a five-game all-time winless streak against the Union specifically. Philly, meanwhile, continues to struggle for consistency after a start to the 2012 season that saw a promising squad dissected and decimated by Peter Nowak.

It didn't occur to me until I was writing my game previews that the Revs have never beaten the Union. I find this to be both surprising and unacceptable. If anything, this match should be the one that breaks this season's streak simply because they need to break the all-time streak as well.

Per usual, the live blog will be done jointly with the guys over at New England Soccer Today. Check with us after the jump for the lineups and the thread!
