And Then, The Musket Fired

It's taken some time, but I'm happy to announce that The Bent Musket is an official member of the SBNation family. Hooray!

I'm very excited to be a member of this team and, after having already worked with many of the soccer writers here for the last few months, I can say with confidence that this should be a tremendous fit for all parties involved. For those of you not acquainted, The Bent Musket is a blog dedicated to the New England Revolution and its strong community of fans. We will offer a place for you to catch up on news, express opinion and interact with others in Nicol's Army. As blog manager, I will remain forever accessible to all of you via email, Twitter and Facebook, and I promise to put forth my best effort in delivering quality and timely content to all of our readers.

More after the jump.

The Bent Musket will feature match previews and reports as well as live game threads, news and pertinent pieces on the Revolution. We may occasionally feature stories from the wider world of soccer as well, both domestic and international.

I will be looking to bring on additional writers to expand our coverage, so if you are interested in contributing please contact me via email for details. Also, if there are any topics you would like to see covered here, please let me know. I'm always open to suggestions.

Go Revs!
