Possible Transfers in a Celtic Fans Eyes

In the aftermath of the Bengston loan, the revs leave another DP slot open. Are they to use this and sign somebody? Or are they to build up hype and let us down yet again? Here are my dream transfer options for the Revs. Since they haven't said who exactly they have been looking at, it could really be anyone right? Messi? Ronaldo? No.. just no. But other players, yes. Now I have spent the past day looking revs highlights from the losing and winning streak, and realized some would fit perfectly into this system, and sorry I'm only going to be looking at Celtic players with this post.

I have also watched old firm footage just to watch celebration from a club I like, and if you don't know what the old firm is, I suggest you watch some youtube videos, seriously, have you been living under a rock?

While watching these videos made me realize that a man the likes of Kris Commons, a CM/Winger, would fit perfectly in the squad. Sure he does play in the SPL, which many consider to be a sub-par league, but when a 30 year old puts up 32 goals in 34 games like he did last season, there is no denying there is some serious talent there. He has said he wants a new deal with Celtic, but he left Nottingham Forrest, for Derby County?! He left for their rivals! Who can trust what this man says?

Another Celtic player I want to take a look at is Charlie Mulgrew, 28 years old, plays left and center back, a problem for the revs at this point. He scored 6 goals in 28 games last season, so he can score at the right time. A rock at the back on Celtic, I think he would fit into Heaps' game plan perfectly.

Why all the Celtic players? Well, they are one of my favorite clubs, they have a lot of fans in the area, so if we bought one of their players attendance could see an increase, and they would give a chance to call our rivals(I still don't know who, but I'm hoping one develops between us and NYCFC) to call them the Huns, as Celtic calls Rangers. Which would be cool to have a word that could be associated with your rival, of which you hate when you hear it. So that'll be my ramble for today.

Go Revs and Celtic!
