Suffolk Downs Drops Caesars, Trouble looms, Wynn to save?

Stew Milne-USA TODAY Sports

Due to an investigation into one of their business partners, it appears that Suffolk Downs has lost their partnership with Caesar's.

Suffolk downs losing its casino backer puts the casino in doubt. According to that Bloomberg article, Wynn may be a potential partner, essentially joining forces for a better location and increases his chances of an MA casino. How likely is it? I cant say.

How does this affect the Revs? Wynn is a friend of Kraft and joining forces with suffolk downs could cause a relationship with Kraft to gain control of Wonderland. This is all speculation, but an interesting development.

Lets go REVS! get in the playoffs!

Editor's Note: My reading didn't appear to indicate that Wynn was interested in partnering at Suffolk Downs, but it's certainly not impossible. Suffolk Downs is a much better location than Everett. Also, thought the blurb about it being difficult for any casino company to get into Massachusetts was alarming.
